I know it doesn't matter at all but I think we lost to GVSU 4-1 because we had a player left in at the buzzer.

It matters. I'm sure someone will fix it.

Blame whoever posted GV's scores on their twitter.
Both of those corrections are valid though, I changed em up.
Anyone see any candidates for Baller of the Month or Midwest Dodgeball's Player of the Week?

Thanks Zig.
For BotM I think it's gotta be Mark Trippiedi. I watched a little bit of one of their games and he was on fire, and then when he played us he lit us up. Plus he's the leader of the #1 team in the country.

As for Baller of the Month...I still think Kyle FitzPatrick still got a little snubbed, I know hes my captain but we went for 4 wins last year to 7 in one semester. He also scheduled (more importantly got our team members) to more matches than everyone else. I also would like to add that I being the other captain of our team, I got hurt at the MSU invite and he led the team through our past 7 games 6 of them being wins.

I nominate Mark Trippiedi.. Sophomore captain, great leadership, and has GV playing its best dodgeball... still not quite sure why he's a notre dame fan though. haha

I just wanted to give a thanks for all those teams who came out! GV: It was a blast getting to play you guys! I realize the score was alot to 1. but it seemed much closer to me then the score reflected. You guys have a very structured team, and you can tell your team gets quite a bit of practice. Overall we had a blast playing against you guys!
SVSU: It seemed like we both had a couple controversial calls, as regards to players getting out, but it didn't stop either of our teams from being competitive. You guys play very defensive. Which is one thing that is unique about your team. 4-2 game was a fun one, and much better than last year at nationals.
UNL: Too bad you guys only had 10 guys! but that didn't stop you from having fun! You actually came off and beat us on the first point! Well done! I hope your team continues to grow and maybe just maybe you will be able to get out to nationals!
MSU: We were 15 seconds away from making it only 4-0. First two games were very close! Seem like you had 3 players left in, and we had one. I felt like it was a very close game, even though the score did not reflect on it! Thanks again for playing.
I (Moody) had a great time playing this weekend! If you guys could give me some feedback, on your overall thoughts on our team that would be very helpful. Granted you don't have to haha. Maybe just note some improvements from last year possibly or help with some tips! Thanks Guys!

This is the third time I believe we've played Moody, and every time we play you guys you get better. It seems like your players are all individually getting better, and I noticed that you actually had some good strategy against us when you held the balls and essentially played Delta ball.
If I had a suggestion I'd say you guys need to work on team throws but that's just me. Against us you held the balls at our neutral zone line, but then you guys would throw one solo ball or maybe two balls. If you guys have like 8 balls you could throw 3, then retreat, then when the other team throws a couple balls and you're back at 7. Plus the more balls you throw the higher chance you have of hitting your target. But that's just my suggestion!

I agree with Hiller, I was the last one in for the point we lost against Moody and if you guys were better at team throws I wouldn't have stayed in anywhere near as long as I did. When you have several balls you can spread the balls out and get multiple angles which makes it harder on the person who is trying to defend themselves.
