I was just wondering who everyone thought would come out on top as far as points go at the end of the year. So far WIU and WKU are leading the way with 10 points, however, MSU, UK, and SVSU are nipping at their heels only 2 and 4 points behind.
These are the standings according to Hiller's previous post.
As of 2-27-2011
1.Central Michigan (11-1) 22 points 2. Michigan State (9-4-1) 19 points 3. Western Kentucky (7-2-1) 15 points 4. Western Illinois (7-3) 14 points 5. Saginaw Valley State (7-4) 14 points 6. Kentucky (6-5) 12 points 7. Grand Valley State (4-3) 8 points 8. Ohio State (3-1) 6 points 9. Bowling Green (2-1) 4 points 10. Kent State (2-4) 4 points 11. Eastern Michigan (2-5) 4 points 12. Kansas State (1-0) 2 points 13. Wisconsin-Platteville (1-2) 2 points 14. Depaul (1-12) 2 points 15 (t). Nebraska (0-1) 0 points 15(t). Miami OH (0-1) 0 points 17(t). Louisville (0-4) 0 points 17(t). it looks like whomever between MSU, CMU, and SVSU goes 4-0 (or if the three teams go 3-1, or if GVSU/EMU win the tournament) at the MDC will be in first place at the end of the regular season. which means that the MDC is going to be even bigger than usual.

Not necessarily Sam. If I do happen to get 3 other teams to come to CMU on the 26th, then that will add 3 games to those teams records. But that's if three people want to come to Central.
Also, the ODC is on the 26th and that will be 3 games for each team in Ohio.

I think the most possible points GVSU will be able to score going into nationals is 16. And that's if we win all of our scheduled games between now and nationals. Based on that, I'm voting for CMU in the poll. /has to settle for championships
