I understand that not everyone agrees with this, I wouldn't expect that. I can see how you think we are too small for regionals right now, but at the same time you have to be prepared for the future once it gets here. Do we need regionals right now? No. But Murph has a good point about preparing ourselves for them. Perhaps we could start forming these divisions and holding such tournaments. With the league being the size it is, nobody would be eliminated from a spot at nationals because of a poor regionals performance, but winning your regional should mean something... Bonus points for however we decide to seed teams on day 1 possibly?

One way we could possibly do it for now is have 4 regional tournaments and have the winner of each be the number one seed in each pool. This could replace the Michigan/Ohio/Kentucky champion format for deciding priority bids that is being used this year.
