And I do need some help with the design because I'm not an artist at all... I need to figure out what I'm able to put on the jersey first before we do that. But thanks for your help once again.

And where did the costs and expenses go to as well because I'm not for sure besides jerseys, balls, and traveling. Check with your club sports or intramurals department on what expenses the school may bill for hosting events or keeping a university account. Simplest way to find out is to stroll in or send an email that says "Hey, I wanna do ________. What is the University going to charge the team to make this happen?" Aside from that, marketing materials (flyers, posters, etc) are going to be your biggest remaining cost. Also, this is a protip for pretty much anyone dealing with university staff: never ask "Can we do _____?" It's like asking them to tell you "no." Instead, ask, "What would it take to get _________ done?" This forces them to actively think. Don't be afraid to press on this question, either. They may come up with a number of requirements that just make something like a game in your basketball arena unrealistic, but the key is to find out what would need to happen and later you can determine whether it's worth the effort on your own.

Congrats brother, I still have to wait until next semester because they feel they aren't fully aware of everything that encompasses a club sport.

Thanks man. VCU took forever to get all of that paperwork. But at least it will be done before my birthday. So early Birthday/Christmas Present to me! But good luck with that.

I wished I could take my team to Nationals this year but since we are just getting started, that is going to be a negative. However, I can take a few people to meet with JMU just to get a feel on how this is going to be and whatnot.
