Well I am still hoping to get one more team to fill the tournament to 8 teams before I make the pools...If no one else adds soon then I will draw up a 7 team tournament.

Just to let everyone know that it appears as if we have hit a little snag. We will not be able to have a 4 game tournament because we have 7 teams(as of now still hoping for one more). Instead everyone will get to play 3, if you want to challenge a team after the tournament portion have at it! I have drawn up 50 different brackets for the tournament but I am still looking for the best way to schedule the matches.
Also the team social/party/get-together/whatever-you-want-to-call-it is on Friday night at UK's Student Center. It is located on the corner of Limestone and Euclid. You can park at Memorial Collesium and walk across the street to the Student Center. (It's next to Alumni Gym which is where we have played our games at for the last two years.)
The games will be played at the Seaton Center, which is on the other side of campus. Parking for this one will be a little tricky. You can park at Commonwealth Stadium which is a five minute walk away which is probably the best option.
I ordered the shirts for the tournament, if you gave me your team's sizes you are taken care of. If you didn't...well I guessed. The trophy came in...it looks good.
If you have any questions let me know. (606)-304-3247. Just shoot me a text.

And the entry fee is still $75 per team? Is the cost the same if a team isn't at the friday night social event?

Still $75, mainly because all of the entry fees that you all pay goes straight toward refs, rental and shirts. UK is having to pick up the tab on the party, trophy and part of the refs pay.

Do you have a schedule yet?

I still haven't determined the order of games. Mainly because I am debating between a round robin style or a single elimination to the championship with everyone else getting consolation games...I am talking to me captains about it tonight and I will probably call a few other teams to see what they think as well.
