We have zeroed in on 12-6 PM on Sat. February 19th. Looks like SVSU JV, GVSU JV, MSU JV, and LCC. Tomorrow afternoon, I will have all the info we need from the GVSU administration to announce specifics. You can plan your rides accordingly, this will be happening.
If we end up with our south gym facility (1 court), it will be two games per team. If we end up with our arena (multiple courts), we probably can do three per.

Officially, 12:30-7 PM in our South Gym on Saturday February 19. This is CONFIRMED by GVSU's admin.
I'll send out an "everything you need to know" email tonight to all captains. I have to go coach little kids basketball right now. The first game will be at 1 PM, but if you can plan to have your teams there at 12:30 to warm up when while we set up, that would be excellent.
Each team will play two games.

Is LCC attending or will it just be MSU, GVSU, and SVSU? Also...which gym is the south gym. Is it the one we played in at Nationals?

No, it's by the weightroom. It's not nearly as awesome of a gym, but it's space to play. If you go in the doors by the giant glass area, the people at the desk can direct you. I'm sure either myself or Greg will direct you where to go.

I haven't heard final confirmation from LCC, only that they were planning to come as of last Saturday. The invitation to them is open, but the logistics do not change if they cant make it. Same number of games per team.

14a. Park in the F lot where that "F" (Faculty) marker is. It's the shortest walk.

LCC is NOT bringing a team, but a couple of their guys will likely hop in with MSU's team. MSU's a bit short right now, and is recruiting everyone who can come in their program.

For the rest of my life I will never forget the look of pure terror that a GVSU player had in his eyes today when he thought I was actually going to throw a chair at his teammate hahahaha. My whole team was literally rotfling.

Thanks to SVSU JV for coming out today. Gm 1 was 7-0 GVSU JV, but Gm 2 was a 4-1 decision that was a lot closer than the score. A lot of young players got a lot better today.
Happy we did this again this year, and I'm hoping someone else can host an event like this next year either in East Lansing or at Saginaw. I know our future JV teams will always be interested.
