I had a pretty good suggestion from one of our advisers here about game scheduling. I should have mentioned this a bit earlier so it could get done this year, though. If two schools with NCDA teams are scheduled to play football against one another, then schedule a game the following Sunday at the school hosting the football game. Then, try to get tickets to the game for the visiting team. The host team could show the visitors around town before or after the football game if time permits, play Sunday morning, and then the visitors could head home and probably make it back before it gets too late. The one main problem here would be cost and availability of tickets. However, even if only a handful of players are willing and able to make the trip, it would be a good way to stay in form during the offseason. And now that there is a new "Bigger" 10, it would be a good opportunity for teams like UNL, OSU, and MSU to play each other and watch some good football. Also, it might be a good way to entice schools like Michigan, et al to start teams. Let's see if we can get something like this set up before next football season, or maybe for some other sports, too.

Good idea.
DePaul basketball sucks tho, but tickets are only $5 for guests. There is still cost of hotel/motel in forcing clubs to stay the night, which I'd consider to be more expensive than tickets. I always thought 10 schools had cheaplike guest tickets too.
