So i was really looking forward to getting a team set up at my school, Collin College, which is extremely close to Dallas Texas. However as me and my friend worked on the club we learned our school is just no help what so ever. We had everything lined up for to submit our request to form a club, until 30 minutes befor the deadline our faculty sponsor tells us he doesnt want to sponsor us anymore, and we wouldnt be allowed to use the school gym. Any advice on this matter? Applications for clubs are open again until after the new year, so January or whenever semester starts again.

I would present them with evidence on the league itself (videos, news articles, etc.). Show them how legitimate we are and how great it would be to always be known as the first Texan college to be a part of this league. All of us have gym problems (we got denied at our first practice this season) so keep shopping around on campus and find someone that will at least let you start there. If anything look into practicing at community centers near your campus hopefully they are free and will be less likely to deny you access. Hope this helps! and good luck!

Also, Kelvin Koster tried to get a team going at Purdue this year, but apparently he got lost in the bureaucratic labyrinth. So Purdue is a no-go this year.

yeah after further attempts, the student assistance portion of our school seems to run by students who quiet frankly dont give a hoot about anything, so idk, doesnt seem hopeful but ive got the rest of semester to keep working on it.
