I notice pain in my finger when I rotate my wrist during the throw because the skin of the ball wraps around the fingers and pulls and twists them. If I keep my wrist straight during the release then snap it down at the very last moment I don't have finger problems. I also work out my fingers though haha, I bought one of those grip sqeezer things and do that when I'm just watching tv or driving, it seems to help with my grip. So you do finger workouts when driving? I like the commitment.

Yep I have a grip strengthener next to the tv and another one in the car. I just want to avoid injury at all cost. What else are you doing while driving or watching tv? Might as well multitask right? Maybe I just take things too far though lol

Two hands on the wheel at the 10 and 2 position eyes on the road. As for T.V. 2 hands on the controller thumb strength!
