I was wondering what kind of balls you guys use because there are many dodgeball manufacturers. Our balls are very squishy and are easy to grip/gorilla grip the balls. Since we haven't played any official match ups we could be at a disadvantage. Just let me know what kind of balls you use and where you purchase your dodgeballs. Thanks!

Yup, no stingers.
Man, it would be sweet if the NCDA could work a deal with Champion Sports to get free dodgeballs each year. "Champion Sports: The Official Dodgeball of the NCDA"

it sucks that they raised the price from last year. I think office world saw all the teams grabbing dodgeballs and upped the price.
Somebody should start searching for some cheaper options, I'll work on some sponsorship emails.

Nice! I think DePaul might grab some from that site. I know a couple months ago i posted a few cheap dodgeball finds on the NCDA twitter. I have a bookmark folder worth that i posted on the site. Oh, and just to let you guys know, Gopher went with another dodgeball league. Their statement said they would reevaluate a partnership with us after a year.

Have you guys got your balls you just ordered yet? If so what do you think? Are they the quality balls you expected? We're probably gonna order a bunch from this site and I'm just wondering what you think. Edit - oh you ordered them over a month ago, I'd hope you got them lol.

DePaul ordered 18 balls of the multi color batch and used them for our Monday Dodgeball night. They feel the same as usual, a little slippery but not totally unusable out of the box. From our experience, it takes about 4 dodgeball nights (total 6 hours of play) for these PG8.5 to get broken in.
