What is the ruling on multiple false starts? There can be multiple false starts on one team, and false starts on both teams that happen at the same time. In football I believe only the first team that "false starts" gets a penalty but I don't think that is possible for a ref to determine in our sport.
So the two things that we need to decide on this is how many teams can get penalized on each whistle
and
How many false starts per team can happen on each whistle

Right now the rule specifies: "3.2.3 - A False Start occurs if any player enters the field of play, by coming in contact with the court in bounds, before the Official's whistle is blown."
The way I read it is, a false start isn't an individual penalty, but a team penalty, therefore only one false start could occur per team, thus only one player shall be removed from play per false start. Now, with that being said, I think multiple false starts could happen per point if play is reset after the respective player is moved to the jail, and another false start occurs when the official tries to start things up again.
I also think both teams can be penalized for a false start at the same time. The rules do not specify otherwise, and I think it is only fair to punish both teams, especially now since we don't have the man power to enforce a who-did-what-first clause.
