Executive Board
The NCDA Board of Directors will be comprised of five members. These five members will be elected by the league at the Annual NCDA Captains’ Meeting during the NCDA National Tournament to take roles of either President, Vice President, Treasurer, Chief of Content, or National Tournament Director as defined in the “Officers” section below. The NCDA Board of Directors will make final decisions on all league policy and rule changes, penalizing, and any other decisions to be made for the betterment of the league. Meetings of the Board of Directors may be conducted in an online format, provided a transcript of such meeting is made available on the NCDA website and by email request within three business days. Minutes of meetings conducted offline must be made available on the website and by email request within five business days.
This is an excerpt from a NCDA Constitution that is being put together. Its purpose is to establish a common base of how the NCDA could operate in various mediums. The forum is one of the easiest places to store this running tally. It also gives members the ability to submit input on to what the NCDA is and where it's going, so feel the freedom to comment.

- The Chief of Content and the Director of League Expansion have two year terms and start their terms on 'even' years.

- Directors must commit at least 8 hours each week, throughout their term. Some positions may involve more time during certain periods of their year.

The Executive Board will make final decisions on all league policy and rule changes, penalizing, and any other decisions to be made for the betterment of the League. Notes:
This is a realllly rough draft and a general outline of the executive board. You see many unprofessional clauses in this, which will need to be cleaned up.
