Vote results: ncdadodgeball.com/?p=4073Should Member Teams be allowed to submit multiple rosters to an event?10 – No, a team is limited to one Roster that is defined for the entirety of the Event. 5 – Yes, a team may submit more than one team for play in an Event. Winner: No, a team is limited to one Roster that is defined for the entirety of the Event. Results: A Member Team is limited to a defined roster of 20 players, and may only use those 20 players across the entirety of an Event. From this point, "A" and "B" teams are not allowed at the same event. This would imply that there are more than 20 players playing on behalf of a varsity Member Team. Those "B" teams that play in the same event as an "A" team will be noted as a JV team instead, and thus matches would not count for the Member Team. JV matches count towards separate standings. A note on extra teams, and a rant on JV teams. Member Teams are encouraged to establish a "JV" team if they want to bring more players to play in an event. JV matches have their own rankings; those matches are recorded and count towards a special JV Ranking that we have been keeping track of for years. JV matches do not affect the main "Varsity" team rankings. If a JV team plays a Varsity team, the game is recorded, but does not apply any win or loss to the Varsity team. The JV team's performance is recorded and wins/losses/overtime affect the JV Rankings. Again, we've been recording JV matches since about 2006. I'd especially like to see JV teams playing each other!

Us too! JV teams put in the same amount of time and effort as some varsity squads. Sometimes, the same amount of money too. They deserve to play more games. They deserve more respect.
