Per Felix Perrone:
3.3.3.3.3.1 - Once a team member is substituted on to the bench, they cannot reenter the court again during that same point.
Rationale: This prevents teams from rotating players.

I haven't seen a player rotated in a game and I've been involved in a few of them. Has this ever happened?

I've never seen it happen. Probably a necessary rule to put in there in case someone tries to do it though.

In one of the Fireside chats, I believe this proposal was a result of questions directed at Felix... people trying to milk any unfair advantage a substitution could grant.

Can someone tell me what advantage multiple substitutions would have? Only thing I can think of is rotating a catching player for a thrower as a team transitions from offense to defense but you only get 2 time outs so you would end up getting stuck with one of the players on the court in just a 30 seconds of play anyways, and I have never seen a team do this. But for the sake of keeping the flow of the game going...I don't see why making this rule would be a bad thing.
