Per Jacob Leski:
League ambassadors to work under DoLE for the purpose of expanding the league.
The Director of league expansion should be given 5-10 ambassadors, preferably 1-2 from each region. These ambassadors would travel to schools to make personal contact with prospective schools. The DoLE would be responsible for sending these individuals to different schools and traveling with them from time to time. Ambassadors can be interviewed and/or committed to traveling to schools and helping establish a team there. If we can raise dues, this is much more realistic if part of their travel expenses were paid. We would discover schools are interested because of current NCDA members/teams that will provide a list of people that they believe would be interested in starting up a club.

This is a good fleshed out policy where we can start splitting out the different causes and discussing them. Whats a good cost analysis to give the DoLE department a budget from the League Coffers?
I would also see this extending to the Ambassadors being needed as Officials as part of their region. MSU, OSU, and UMD currently act as regional centers.
The very important point to take away is that the DoLE was created as a specific, voting executive to lead expansion of the League. 3 teams this year is good. But getting 5-6 per year, or teams outside the midwest, will start getting us places.
