The NCDA Executive should have a flat hierarchy. The President should be the figure head of the organization with the job of creating and maintaining relationships on behalf of the NCDA, helping the other members of the Executive Board with their duties, being a wealth of knowledge, and doing what must be done for the betterment of the league. I just don't think the President should have more authority than the rest of the executive board. The president should be perceived by non-members as the ultimate authority though. Not that I want to throw people off, but for those interested in joining the league or those looking to work with the league (e.g. sponsors), it's good to have one frame of reference for who the boss-man is.
